STANDARD SHIPPING 

Standard shipping to mainland United kingdom is calculated at checkout according to size of order.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

United Kingdom

Standard Ground Shipping 3-5 Days (This does not include manufacturing lead times) 

Please note some items may come with extended lead times and delivery may vary

The customer will be informed of any outstanding items on an order prior to dispatch

Europe

Standard Shipping-  Calculated at checkout. Please enquire directly.

Other International

Standard Shipping-  Calculated at checkout. Please enquire directly.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

Orders received after 12pm GMT will be included in the following days shipping. Due to our manufacturing methods, orders are required to be processed before shipping however overall shipping times seen above include internal processing.

For example for an order received before 12pm GMT , the ‘business days’ are calculated following on from the order date. (Orders after this time will be calculated following on from the next business day)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via Royal Mail for the best service and rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country. All prices include Royal Mail shipping + duty paid, so that total cost reflected in the cart is for door-to-door delivery with duty paid and handled by us directly. To be clear, this means that the total cost of shipping and duty is the full amount to cover all shipping and duty costs associated with your order. There is nothing else for you to pay. Any additional costs known by the customer due to shipping location must be clarified with customer services 24hrs after purchase.

Any delay in shipment will be communicated with the customer.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped followed by expected delivery date.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY
30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return please contact our customer service department and fill out your order information. Please note that our return system will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

 

Personalised products cannot be returned.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start a return please contact our customer service department and fill out your order information. Please note that our return system will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.


HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out your order information when contacting customer services. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Once you request a return, and all questions are answered, information on how to return the parcel will be emailed to you directly.

  

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
